Wedding Planning in Full Swing for 'Once Upon a Time's' Jamie Chung

Dashing through the Storybrooke woods as Mulan on "Once Upon a Time" may have inspired Jamie Chung. Especially now that she's planning a fairy-tale wedding of her own.

The stunning star revealed to Yahoo that she has her sights set on a simple celebration in the great outdoors.

The 30-year-old actress and her boyfriend, Bryan Greenberg, 35, got engaged over the holidays and while she says she's in no rush to waltz down the aisle, she's got a couple ideas about her big day. "I want anything outdoors … like rustic chic," she dished at Reebok's ZQuick shoe launch in New York on Wednesday. "I don't need things to be super bougie. I am not about that. I want things to be really intimate and lovely."

This is definitely something her fiancé agrees on, as well. "Ultimately, we both love the outdoors. That's kind of how we fell in love, going on all of these outdoor excursions, so I think we want to somehow incorporate that into our big day."

The San Francisco-native joked that they've even considered eloping and throwing a big party. "I think what we both love is that he just wants to throw a raging party," Chung laughed.

While the duo haven't picked a location for their nuptials yet, that won't stop the What the Chung fashion blogger from scoping out wedding dresses and designers at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City this weekend. "I am checking out Monique Lhuillier. Her show is on Saturday," she revealed. "It is my first time checking out wedding dresses. Honestly, I was never the girl who was like, 'I can't wait for this day. I want my wedding to be like this.' I was perfectly content just being single and being the bridesmaid for the rest of my life."

But her single gal mentality changed when she met the "How to Make It in America" star. "I met the perfect guy and I was like, 'I could have your children.'"

Just don't expect baby monitors and wedding bells to ring too quickly for the hot couple. "We were warned to really enjoy the engagement. That's what we want to do. We're in no rush," she shared, despite the fact that her parents might have other plans. "My parents knew months before I did [about the engagement], and I think they are excited to finally wed me off and get rid of me."

Only time will tell what the pair ultimately choose for their special day, but we're certain the star of NBC's new show, "Believe," will have an unbelievable soiree.
