Shipping & Delivery

UK orders:  Shipping is £6.99 for UK orders (except some specific regions).

We ship all domestic and international orders with UPS delivery with full tracking information.  

Delivery for UK orders are normally within 3-7 working days but certain items could take up to 3 weeks.  
Please contact us to check inventory availability to avoid disappointments. 

Made to Order items will take between 4-8 weeks. 

Express Next Day Delivery is available for limited items.

International orders:  International shipping is £19.99.  We ship all international orders with FedEx.  Delivery for international orders are normally within 5 working days. Express 3 Working Day Delivery is available for limited items.

Returns

  • You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your orders for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour.  Just drop us an email on sales@elliotclaire.co.uk and request a return form. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days but might take up to 7 days to reach your account. 
  • Returns should be sent back to us with a tracking number (Next Day Delivery is recommended).
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged or lost on the way.
  • Shipping fee and return shipping will not be refunded. 
  • If you require design changes or dresses made in your measurements, we won't be able to refund these items.
  • Refund will be processed within 3 working days once returned goods are received.  Please allow 10-15 working days for fund to reach your bank account.
International Returns (Additional Information)
  • International returns: Return from Post Office, declared custom value £10 maximum (For USA post back with USPS).
  • Buyers are responsible for international return postage.  Please ship it from post office (USPS for US customers) and obtain a tracking number with your return shipment.  You will be asked for tracking number as a proof of return shipments.
  • Faulty item: Only if there is a significant fault we might cover the return cost after reviewing the fault.  Please email us at sales@elliotclaire.co.uk and describe the fault with photos for review.  Faulty items need to be shipped via Post Office.  We won't cover special delivery or other private couriers.
  • Please check for your postage cost when returning a faulty item.  Maximum £27 for postage can be refunded for defected items.
  • Refund will be processed within 3 working days once returned goods are received.  Please allow 10-15 working days for fund to reach your bank account.
